Making the band
What makes a great band and a good band?
A good band thinks that they play it right and feels satisfied if they hit all their notes perfectly. Every tune and every beat is similar to the real song itself.
Whereas a great band, not only perfect it. But they change it, so much that they even modified what they think might perfect the song even more. Like adding in their own creativity, tune and rhythm. It show's how much they wanna go on and make the song a much more better one...
Also, a good band will always think they have the right tools, the most expensive guitars and the most experience band-mates ever. That they think they've enough to acquire a band who can play any type of songs and even genres.
Whereas a great band, does'nt matter what instruments they play, and how much it cost and also whether they've enough experience to go the distance. For them, every jamming session is a learning experience. And not only that, they tend to play more than one instrument, so that they can be much more productive. Other than that, they too learn from experienced bands on ideas so that they too, can learn a lot more and someday pass on to others. They are not afriad of taking risks, asking for help and even try on different things and playing methods because to them, every jamming session is a learning experience...
I admire how my bro is bringing up his band. It just reminds me of the time I used to be in a band. All my seniors were patient to me, so professional. They can be both a great bandmates and friends. And I'm trying to pass on what I've learn to my bro's vocalists so that they too, can do better. =)
I'm thinking random just to kill some time before I start doing my projects again. This week's gonna be a stressful week. And I've learn to cope well with it, Alhamdullilah. Nowadays, I'll try not to ponder on problems that may affect my studies. Just, let it go.And I'm going cycling and fishing with luie later! Goodie, I'm taking up a new hobby man... XD
