I've settled down back to acoustics after an old uncle at my neighbourhood "awarded" me his very own semi-acoustic guitar becoz he doesn't know how to make use of it anymore and that he thinks that its best to past it down to someone over since he's no longer into the music industry anymore. No I'm not kidding, he did give it to me, but its more like a loan. When I've got the money I'll pay him someday.
Anyway, being happy I was, after which I've apparently stop playing electric guitars for almost a few weeks now, and that I've been practising more on my acoustics rather than the electric. I took a step down to this whole metal genre interest, maybe coz I'm getting bored at it, but somehow rather I've been more interested to learn blues and pop song. So I've been following songs by Craig David, Oasis, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin and etc.
I've been playing these few songs, though its in a matter of time when I'm switching back to electric guitars. Well, I suppose this can be compared similarly to reality. What I'm trying to say is, even if I'm losing interest in electric guitars now, That doesn't mean I no longer love them anymore. I just need a break for em, and that someday, I'll start missing it and pick it up once more and appreciating it even more. Its a transition, sometimes there's a time where you need a break doing the things you often do. If you're smart enough, then I'll spare the details of how this can be compared to your relationship with the people around you. =)
