Gosh, I almost forgot today's Father's day and ya I did'nt get to buy my father anything for Father's Day. Anyway, my father don't seem to mind but he's been pestering me just now, and I wonder whether he's giving me a hint. Like going out or maybe for the usual massages. Heh. My father's a really great guy larh, I mean what kind of son would'nt look up to his dad? He gave me so much room for me to expand my interest, he would'nt stop me if I wanna achieve my own goals. Instead, he supported me and stood by side constantly. A companion, great friend and a father I truly love. You're the best father anyone would ever had. Totally!!

But knocking some sense back, I'm not sure how's my cousin's been up to recently. Well, I'm worried for him and I guess this father's day he might be thinking of my late uncle. I think its almost going a year now, and my late uncle's memories are still fresh in this head of mine. Sheesh. I use to enjoy going Jalan Kayu with my uncle and the rest of the family, where we ate prata and had a wonderful supper. That's all history and Jalan Kayu is the most memorable thing for me now. Heh. I really miss Geylang Bahru and maybe I'll drop by and visit my grandma if I've the time next week.

Gotta start revising for my test, this coming week I'll maintain focus and study for maths and the subsequent modules. Hopefully my Jurong West Buddies would'nt mind studying with me in school coz I find the school's library to be a more convenient place to study. And its air-conditioned. Haha. And yes, even if its the time where the World Cup is growing in more enthusiasm and is on its peak, I'll try not to make it a hindrance for me to start studying. Even so, I still need to pass all my modules coz something tells me I'm not gonna make it well this semester again. Goodness...

Matches in the World Cup are getting more unpredictable. I must say, I admire underdogs rather than favourites. England's a big disappointment considering they got plenty of quality talents at their disposal but I guess the main reason is due to tactical errors or they're just plain big-heads. Whereas countries like Ghana prove to the rest of the world why they're the African Cup winners. Sheesh, beating the czechs 2-0 is a major achievement, considering its their first experience in the World Cup. But I'm still rooting for Spain and Argentina, they're one heck of a team and they got plenty of talented youngsters. Either way, something tells me Brazil won't be retaining the title this year, and who knows it could be Holland, it could even be Ghana. Any country could win this World Cup 2006 title. Its a matter of passion.

Betting makes the game much more exciting. Even if my religion forbids me, I guess I myself could'nt help it but join in the fun. As in, predicting the scores only larh. Not buying scores. Sheesh. I think this is the longest entry I had so far. Haha, I'm super bored on Sundays, and its family day for me today so I'm staying home and maybe watch soccer again with my father later at 9 pm.

Wassallam.
